Where are the artists from?
Crooked Tree's exhibitions features both local and national artists.
Can I pick up my order at Crooked Tree?
Yes! We do offer local pickup at our Petoskey and Traverse City locations during normal business hours. Exhibition purchases will be available for pickup at the conclusion of the show. CTAC will contact you when your piece is available.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped at the conclusion of the exhibition. You will receive an email with the tracking information when your piece has shipped. CTAC cannot guarantee shipping dates.
Why is shipping original artwork more expensive?
We take great care to ensure your art arrives to you safely, which means we take extra precautions when shipping original pieces, like shipping insurance and specialty packaging.
Can I return my purchase?
All sales are final.
Can I use a gift card?
Unfortunately, gift cards can not be used online at this time. If there is a piece you are interested in purchasing with a gift card, please call or email us to complete the transaction for you during our regular business hours.
